Sehubungan dengan telah dibukanya kembali Bandar Udara Abdul Rahman Saleh, Malang dan telah kembali normalnya aktifitas penerbangan untuk rute tersebut dimana sebelumnya dilakukan penutupan sementara yang diakibatkan erupsi dari Gunung Bromo, bersama ini kami sampaikan sbb:

·         Efektif tanggal 28 Januari 2016 layanan YES, SS, Perishable Goods (makanan yang mudah rusak, kiriman tumbuhan hidup, buah-buahan), Live Animal menuju Malang telah dibuka kembali dan dapat melayani kegiatan pengiriman seperti biasa

Penonaktifan Service YES Nasional wilayah Cihampelas (BDO21012), Ngamprah (BDO21000), dan Arjasari (BDO10101)

Sesuai dengan Disposisi nomor MPA/008/DIS/XI-15 Perihal Penonaktifan Service YES Nasional wilayah Cihampelas (BDO21012), Ngamprah (BDO21000), dan Arjasari (BDO10101) yang sebelumnya terdaftar sebagai coverage YES Nasional, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan beberapa informasi, adalah sebagai berikut:

a.       Penonaktifan Service YES Nasional dibawah wilayah Bandung meliputi Destinasi Cihampelas (BDO21012), Ngamprah(BDO21000), dan Arjasari (BDO10101).

b.      Penonaktifan service YES Nasional Destinasi tersebut diajukan karena jarak tempuh dan akses jalan wilayah tersebut yang kurang memadai sehingga pengiriman terhambat dan tidak memungkinkan terantar H+1.

c.       Destinasi tersebut akan dinonaktifkan dari service YES Nasional bersifat sementara sampai dengan adanya pengembangan network yang mendukung di wilayah tersebut.

d.      Penonaktifan Destinasi YES Nasional Wilayah BDO akan dinonaktifkan pertanggal 30 Desember 2015, pukul 00:00 WIB.

Terkait dengan erupsi Gunung Bromo yang kembali terjadi hari ini yang berimbas pada pembatalan seluruh penerbangan yang menuju Bandar Udara Abdul Rahman Saleh dan dialihkan sementara melalui Bandar Udara Juanda, Surabaya, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa untuk layanan YES, SS, Perishable Goods (makanan yang mudah rusak, kiriman tumbuhan hidup, buah-buahan), live animal tujuan Malang yang melalui Bandar Udara Abdul Rahman Saleh sementara waktu tidak dapat dilayani hingga pemberitahuan lebih lanjut.

Berikut hal-hal lain yang berlaku terkait kondisi ini, sbb:

1.       Pemberangkatan kiriman (seluruh service) menuju Malang dialihkan seluruhnya melalui Bandar udara Juanda,       Surabaya

2.       Seluruh layanan produk dari Malang masih dilayani normal hanya dilakukan penyesuaian Cut of                           Time dan Closing penjualan dan proses outbound oleh pihak KCU Malang

3.       Pemberangkatan barang dari Malang dikirimkan melalui Bandar Udara Juanda, Surabaya

4.       Untuk layanan YES, SS, Perishable Goods (makanan yang mudah rusak, kiriman tumbuhan hidup,             buah-buahan), live animalyang tidak melalui moda transportasi udara (Bandar Udara Abdul Rahman Saleh)/       tidak terkait dengan terjadinya erupsi Gunung Bromo ini masih bisa dilayani dengan normal

• Hubungi contact center atau cabang JNE Pedan untuk mengetahui jadwal dan estimasi waktu pengiriman.
• Biaya pengiriman layanan Diplomat, disesuaikan dengan moda transportasi dan biaya-biaya lain yang menyertai proses pengiriman tersebut.

Super Speed (SS)

JNE SS adalah pengiriman paket atau dokumen peka waktu yang harus diberangkatkan sesegera mungkin diluar jadwal rutin dan rute tetap JNE.

Layanan SS menggunakan moda transportasi udara (direct flight) langsung ke tujuan, sepanjang jadwal penerbangan tersedia. Target waktu pengiriman adalah dalam kurun waktu 24 jam sejak dari penjemputan di tempat pengirim. Pengirim akan menerima SMS berita keberhasilan pengiriman paket.

Ketentuan Layanan SS

• Berlaku untuk kota tujuan yang mempunyai penerbangan langsung.
• SS memberlakukan tarif premium diatas tarif layanan Yakin Esok Sampai (YES).
• Kegagalan pengantaran pada waktu yang telah dijanjikan untuk layanan SS ditetapkan fasilitas downgrade Layanan yaitu menjadi Yakin Esok Sampai (YES). Kelebihan biaya pengiriman setelah downgrade layanan, akan dikembalikan kepada pengirim.

Cara penggunaan layanan ini :

• Pelanggan menghubungi contact center, customer service akan mengatur penjemputannya.
• SesuaiLayanan SS berlaku untuk kota tujuan yang mempunyai penerbangan langsung.
• Berlaku tarif premium dengan jaminan pengembalian biaya jika waktu pengiriman melebihi yang sudah dijanjikan.

YES (Yakin Esok Sampai)

JNE YES adalah layanan pengiriman premium dengan target kiriman sampai di tujuan pada keesokan harinya termasuk pada hari Minggu dan libur nasional.

JNE YES adalah Layanan yang mengantarkan kiriman dengan tujuan kota-kota yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak JNE Pusat , dengan waktu pengantaran 1 hari. Apabila kiriman tidak diantarkan dalam waktu 1 (satu) hari (H+1), maka ongkos kirim secara otomatis akan dikirimkan kepada pihak pengirim (Money Back Guarantee).

Ketentuan Layanan YES

• Berlaku untuk kota tujuan yang mempunyai penerbangan langsung.
• Anda dapat melacak status pengiriman dan informasi penerimaan menggunakan JNE airway bill number melalui website JNE.

Cara penggunaan layanan ini :

• Pelanggan menghubungi contact center, customer service akan mengatur penjemputannya.
• Sesuai dengan jadwal penerbangan yang tersedia, kiriman akan diberangkatkan.
• Keberhasilan pengiriman akan disampaikan kepada pelanggan melalui SMS pada kesempatan pertama.

REG (Regular)

JNE Regular adalah layanan pengiriman cepat, aman, dan handal sampai ke pelosok Indonesia.

Jaringan JNE yang luas dan layanan yang profesional telah terbukti menjadi dukungan yang tepat bagi dunia usaha dalam pendistribusian produk dan meningkatkan daya saing. Layanan Regular disediakan JNE untuk memahami gaya hidup masyarakat modern yang dinamis dan pentingnya nilai-nilai efektif dan efisiensi.

Ketentuan Layanan REG

• Layanan Regular tidak melayani pengantaran pada hari Minggu dan hari Libur Nasional.
• Estimasi waktu penyampaian kiriman(estimate delivery time) untuk tujuan yang berada langsung di kota cabang/agen utama adalah 1 (satu) hari sampai 3 (tiga) hari. Sedangkan untuk tujuan kota diluar kota cabang/agen utama , estimasi waktu penyampaian paling lama adalah 7 (tujuh) hari.
• Layanan Regular dapat dilayani oleh semua cabang/agen utama maupun sub-agen dan Counter-Counter Penjualan JNE.
• Layanan Regular tidak memberikan jaminan uang kembali.

Cara penggunaan layanan ini :

• Pelanggan dapat memilih layanan ini pada saat pengiriman di setiap counter JNE.
• Kiriman akan disampaikan dalam waktu yang secepatnya, melalui jaringan yang tersedia.
• Bukti penerimaan dan status kiriman senantiasa tersedia melalui website www.jne.co.id.

OKE (Ongkos Kirim Ekonomis)

JNE OKE adalah layanan pengiriman untuk barang berukuran besar atau berat dengan harga ekonomis yang memanfaatkan moda transportasi kargo udara dan angkutan darat yang menghubungkan kota-kota besar, ibu kota provinsi, sampai ke kabupaten.

Ketentuan Layanan OKE

• Layanan OKE tidak melayani pengantaran pada hari Sabtu, Minggu dan hari Libur Nasional.
• Perkiraan waktu penyampaian kiriman (estimate time delivery) paling cepat 3 (tiga) hari kerja, tergantung daripada tujuan pengirimannya.
• Layanan OKE tidak ada memberikan jaminan uang kembali.

Cara penggunaan layanan ini :

• Pelanggan dapat memilih layanan ini pada saat pengiriman di setiap counter JNE.
• Perkiraan waktu penyampaian kiriman untuk kota besar adalah 3-5 hari.

JNE Loyalty Card (Membership)

JNE Loyalty Card (JLC) merupakan program keanggotaan yang ditujukan kepada pelanggan setia JNE.

Pemegang JLC akan mendapatkan berbagai keuntungan seperti kecepatan layanan, potongan harga pada saat periode promo, dan hadiah undian yang sangat menarik. JLC merupakan hasil kolaborasi JNE dengan Sodexo, perusahaan penyedia layanan pengelolaan pelanggan. Pemegang JLC akan mendapat reward satu poin untuk setiap transaksi senilai 25 ribu rupiah di JNE. Poin tersebut bisa ditukar dengan hadiah menarik atau diskon khusus di banyak merchant Sodexo.

Langkah-langkah Penukaran Poin:

1. Penukaran poin hanya dapat dilakukan melalui website www.jne-jlc.com
2. Masukkan User Name dan Password Anda
3. Pilih hadian yang Anda inginkan
4. Pastikan poin Anda mencukupi untuk ditukarkan dengan hadiah
